Course Description

This course was designed to provide engineers and other professionals in the medical device industry, engaged in managing projects, with basic Project Management knowledge and tools to support their daily responsibilities in order to increase their level of execution and their efficiency.

Engineers work, independently of their role in the organization, involves managing projects.  The better prepared they are to properly handle projects, the better they will manage their selves and closer they are to succeed.

At The End Of The Course You Will Be Able To
